Snacks and Beverages: We provide a selection of mini sweets, mini crisps, mineral water, mini coffee (normal and decaf), sugar (white and brown), and a variety of teas, all free of charge.

Toiletries: We supply high-quality toiletries including shampoo, body wash, soap, and towels.

Repair Credit: Receive £500 credit for minor repairs needed during our service period. This offer activates after 60 days of service and requires a receipt or invoice for the repair.

Extra Towels and Requests: If guests need extra towels or if something needs fixing during their stay, they can contact us via our software, and we'll fulfill their request within 2-4 hours.

Flexible and Responsive

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can effectively clean your Airbnb property:

24-Hour Interval Required: A 24-hour interval is required between cleanings to maintain the highest standards of service. Guest Check-ins and Check-outs: Clients must inform us of guest check-in and check-out dates and times, as well as any changes, through our software. This allows us to schedule our cleanings efficiently.
