Welcome to YourCleanBNB ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, yourcleanbnb.co.uk (the "Site"), and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services

YourCleanBNB provides professional cleaning services for Airbnb landlords and property managers in Wolverhampton and within a 10-mile radius. Our services include, but are not limited to, full property cleaning, room refreshing, laundering, drying, and ironing of linens, replenishing essential toiletries, and damage reporting. There is a 24-hour interval required between cleanings.

2. Booking and Payment

i. Booking:

To start using our services, customers must select a subscription plan on our Site, complete the payment process, and go through an onboarding process that includes a quick call to finalize details.

ii. Payment Terms:

Payments are handled via Stripe and are automated on a subscription basis. Payment for services is due at the time of subscription and will recur based on the selected plan (monthly).

iii. Methods:

Payments are processed automatically through Stripe using the payment method provided during the subscription sign-up.

3. Cancellations and Termination

i.Customer Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription via the customer portal or by providing written notice via email to [email protected]

. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing cycles.

ii. YourCleanBNB Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the agreement with the customer at any time by providing written notice. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

iii. Cooling-Off Period:

You have the right to cancel the agreement within an initial “cooling off” period of 14 calendar days from the date of booking the service without any liability.

iv. Continued Payments:

If payments continue following termination, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee for each overpayment.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. If we make significant changes to the services you have subscribed to, we will notify you via email.

5. Customer Responsibilities

i. Accurate Information:

You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that your property is accessible for our cleaning staff at the scheduled times.

ii. Access and Directions:

Failure to provide access or clear directions may result in additional charges.

iii. Notification of Changes:

You are responsible for providing guest check-in and check-out dates and times, as well as any changes, via our software so that we can effectively clean your Airbnb property.

iv. Additional Requests:

If guests need extra towels, something is not working, or the property needs refreshing during an extended stay, either the landlord or the guest can use our software to notify us. This allows us to address these needs within 2-4 hours, ensuring the landlord does not need to manage these requests if not required.

6. Liability

i. Service Quality:

While we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services, YourCleanBNB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.

ii. Insurance:

All cleaners are covered by YourCleanBNB’s Public Liability insurance, which has a limit of £1 million. This covers damage or loss caused by negligence on the part of our cleaners, subject to a £100 deductible per claim. Bleach-related damages are not covered.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of our Site and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
